By accessing or using the services provided by CondoShield ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

The services provided by CondoShield are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Our reports summarize documents provided to us and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchasing decision. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified lawyer, financial advisor, or real estate professional before making any decisions.
CondoShield guarantees that reviews will be completed within 5 business days of receiving all required documents. If we fail to meet this timeline and all documents have been received, the review will be provided at no charge. This guarantee applies only when all required documents have been submitted in full.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. CondoShield reserves the right to withhold delivery of the completed report until payment has been received in full. We accept e-transfer to info@condoshield.ca. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible documentation. CondoShield is not responsible for errors or omissions in reports that result from incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible documents provided by the client or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CondoShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All reports, analyses, and materials produced by CondoShield are the intellectual property of CondoShield until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the report for their personal, non-commercial purposes.
CondoShield treats all client information and documents as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information or the contents of documents provided to us to any third party except as required by law or as necessary to complete the services you have requested.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
