(2012-02-27); [lawsuit_or_court - construction deficiencies / building envelope] The condo corporation sued a plumbing contractor and a materials manufacturer over a water/glycol leak allegedly caused by negligent design, manufacture, and installation of plumbing fittings installed in 2005; the defendants sought to file a late third-party claim against the company that had earlier repaired a related leak, and the Master extended the time to file and serve the third-party claim, finding the delay (about 3-4 months) short, adequately excused, and not sufficiently prejudicial to the proposed third party.
